[London] U.K. adman Andy Law, founder of St Luke's, has started yet another new agency, billed as a global marketing services network called Law & Kenneth with a presence in six countries but no apparent clients yet. Mr. Law, 49, is teaming up with Praveen Kenneth, former chief executive of St. Luke's India, and they plan offices in London; Mumbai, India; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Stockholm, Sweden; Sydney, Australia; and Paris, with others including the U.S. to follow. Mr. Law's last startup, a London agency called BoyMeetsGirl backed by Interpublic Group of Cos., lasted only a year. The idea of Law & Kenneth is to focus on emerging markets and tap into global creative hotspots without using a lot of people or resources. The new venture's advisory panel includes musician Dave Stewart, Body Shop founders Anita and Gordon Roddick and Bill Dalton, former chief executive of HSBC worldwide.
