Alicia Hatch has spent the past 20 years pushing the boundaries in marketing for Fortune 500 brands. As Deloitte Digital Global CMO, Alicia guides an increasingly diverse and connected web of data, technology and more than 10,000 employees while delivering quantifiable results for clients. Hatch’s work at Deloitte Digital landed her on the cover of Adweek after being named to the publication’s annual 50 list, which honors the most indispensable leaders in media, marketing and tech. For the second year in a row, Hatch was also named to Forbes’ 50 Most Influential CMOs list.

Prior to Deloitte, Hatch built a leading digital agency, Banyan Branch, an innovator on the use of social media data to power digital marketing; it was acquired by Deloitte in 2013. Before Banyan Branch, she was a senior business development manager at Microsoft, where she participated in the business development strategy of the Xbox and the Halo video game franchise. Hatch started her career working on disease control in West Africa with the World Health Organization.
