As chief connections officer, Amy ensures that VMLY&R connects brands to audiences with purpose and results. Her award-winning team collaborates with VMLY&R strategy, creative and technology to unlock and enable the most powerful ideas. Together, they maximize the value of every touch point across the connected consumer experience, including social media, paid media, paid and organic search, experiential marketing, and PR.
Amy’s romance with digital marketing began in the late ’90s, and she’s been helping businesses plan and run integrated marketing programs ever since. Before VMLY&R was established in 2018, Amy spent more than a decade with VML, partnering with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies of all stripes, including retail, technology, consumer packaged goods and tourism. She also spent several years on the client side, leading the digital marketing team at H&R Block and serving as vice president of marketing for Andrews McMeel Publishing.
An inconsistent short-distance runner and a lover of tacos, Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in humanities from the University of Kansas.
