Harry is a principal in Deloitte Digital and leads the Sales Transformation market offering for the U.S. firm. He assists clients with developing and implementing strategies for their customer-facing organizations (e.g., sales, marketing and service). His primary area of specialty is driving large-scale transformations with sales organizations. These transformations span strategy, process optimization, talent and digital technology. He has led numerous projects to help our clients improve how they acquire, retain, deepen and broaden customer relationships.
