360i's campaign for International Women's Day centers around the idea that, across the U.S., there are plenty of women who would like to join marches and the "A Day Without a Woman" movement on March 8, but can't for a variety of reasons (for example, they can't afford to take time off or their job doesn't allow it.)

Those women can register their details at the agency's Equal Voices website, and 360i staffers will march with placards in their name as well as take part in other related activities. Women simply need state their name, state, and the reason why they can't participate.

Any interested employee across 360i's four offices (New York, Chicago, Atlanta and Los Angeles) will have the opportunity to create a poster in honor of the woman they are representing. Marches they are taking part in include the International Women's rally and march starting in Washington Square Park. 360i is also including some of the stories of the women who it's representing on the agency's blog.
