In its latest ode to selfless parents, General Mills' Cheerios introduces a family many will recognize. While the cereal brand's Father's Day spot followed a thoughtful dad looking out for his not-so-little girl, this one gives a shout-out to another type of sleep-deprived parent: the third-shift worker.

Here, a devoted father pushes himself and his sleep schedule to provide for his family, only to learn his little boy needs something more from him.
