After Nike's controversial Kaepernick ad last week, there were multiple reports of people burning their Nike sneakers as part of the backlash.

But L.A. non-profit Angel Bins, which fundraises via shoe donations, was quick to point out that there are better ways of getting rid of your Nikes.

Agency Alma created a quick print campaign, with a black and white picture of a child's face and the words: "Believe us, there are a lot of people in need of shoes. #JustDonateIt."

A clever response--and one that perhaps Nike could have thought of itself.
