Based in Northern California, Arcus Biosciences is at the forefront of designing precision combinations in the pursuit of cures for patients living with cancer. Arcus was founded in 2015 with the vision of bringing together scientists, physicians, advisors, and other leaders with significant content-matter expertise to focus on developing highly-combinable, best-in-class cancer therapies. The complexity of the tumor microenvironment requires a deep scientific understanding to guide judicious combinations of therapeutic agents with potential synergistic activity and the ability to identify biomarkers to select patients most likely to achieve significant, durable responses to treatment.

The Experience Design Studio has served as company's digital agency of record since Spring 2020. Primary focus has centered mainly around redesigning and relaunching the flagship arcusbio.com website, as well as supporting the company in other endeavors such a unique employee-focused timeline project, video and social support, and more. While maintaining and updating Arcus previous website on Angular.js, XDS has since converted and rebuilt the site with a new design to boot on the WordPress platform, providing the company and its staff with a modern, SEO-friendly website that is easy to update and scale.
