Hot on the heels of its first ad featuring Jenna and Kenneth from "30 Rock", Verizon has debuted another snappy and funny spot centered around the characters, played by Jane Krakowski and Jack McBrayer.

This time, Jenna stops Kenneth in a corridor to ask about some auditions, but he looks at her in horror. She (and soon the other characters) is turning all glitched and pixellated, but of course her huge forehead and spookily large eye is not down to her Botox, but a "bad streaming experience." The spot ends by telling viewers not to let "bad streaming ruin a good show."

Once again, the ad is by Wieden & Kennedy New York, and directed by Hungry Man's Wayne McClammy.
