As children in the U.K. head back to school today after three months of lockdown, kids' charity Barnardo's has created a children's book designed to reassure younger ones filled with anxiety about the pandemic.

Agency Forever Beta worked on the "There's a Place Where There's No Pandemic," which aims to raise funds for the charity, commissioning designer Bruno Rovarotto to create illustrations portraying "ordinary moments" such as meeting neighbors or grandparents, and convey them in an "extraordinary" way.

Forever Beta creatives Majken Gram and Felipe Faria decided to write the book having witnessed the effect that the pandemic was having on chlidren around them, and on the back of research from the University of Oxford that showed that kids aged 4 through 10 saw increases in emotional difficulties, such as feeling unhappy or worried or being clingy during the first lockdown last year.

The book can be purchased online, for £9.99, with all proceeds going to Barnardo's.
