Hot on the heels of Lidl's Eau de Grill and Burger King's cologne comes the latest crazy product extension -- a range of male grooming products made by beer brand Carlsberg.

CP&B Copenhagen dreamed up the Beer Beauty range, which is a genuine set of products available to buy worldwide made using yeast, barley and hops in a partnership with Danish cosmetics company Urtegaarden.

Each product in the Beer Beauty series contains 0.5 litres of real Carlsberg beer. Carlsberg Brewmaster Erik Lund explained in a statement: "The beer is freeze-dried into a powder, and then mixed with organic ingredients in order to create a unique series of products: shampoo, conditioner and body lotion."

While the limited edition range is not exactly cheap -- a set of the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion costs 63.84 euros ($73) -- it's a fair bet that some guys will pay a premium to be slathered in their favorite beer. Although it would be much cheaper to just buy a can and pour it over their heads.
