Quiksilver and The Standard have come together to introduce The Standard Boardshorts by Quiksilver, a limited run of '70s and '80s-styled boardshorts, re-constructed in modern fits and fabrics. The swimwear features city-themed designs, as well clever tourism-inspired detailing: inscribed on the shorts are "Quik Tips" city guides , featuring addresses of must see destinations in Los Angeles, New York and Miami—all curated by skaterboarder/surfer and Quiksilver creative director Natas Kaupas.

The shorts, along with a co-branded bikini, are available through shopthestandard.com and come August 8, they will be sold poolside in boardshorts and bikini vending machines at Standard locations across the country.
