Startup Breathometeris seeking funding on Indiegogo for an app and device that can help people measure their blood alcohol levels, and see if they are fit to drive. The San Fransisco firm, founded by Charles Michael Yim, began taking pre-orders this week for a small breathalyzer designed to into a smartphone and test a user's blood-alcohol concentration level in conjunction with an app. There are also plans to add a service connecting users with local taxis if they need a ride home.
