Farmville, Deutsch L.A. and the California Milk Advisory board have teamed up for a brand integration within the four walls of the virtual farm. Players of Farmville can now send "real" California Cows to friends or rear them on their own farms.
It's a smart, different way to bring California Milk in front of people's eyes, but we wonder if the brand's target demo are necessarily Farmville players. According to a Deutsch spokesperson, they are: "Lots of moms play FarmVille, and they tend to drive dairy purchases," the agency said. According to AppData, 48% of users are women aged 25-54.
