Golf wear is not exactly known for being cool and edgy. But Nike is having a go at making it appear so in its latest spot promoting its new performance and style-led golf apparel.

A new film by Dare and production company Highsnobiety focuses on the Cape Town Urban Golf Collective, a bunch of young golf-playing artists who use the city and its natural features as their golf course.

The ad shows them clad in Nike Golf apparel and teeing off in unusual places -- from lakes and beaches to roofs and pedestrian walkways, while a voiceover speaks about "expression without borders." It's certainly a different look for golf wear -- even if we're not sure how many golf balls these guys must lose per week.
