Flight of the Conchords director Taika Waititi helms a new series of new online shorts for Australian beer brand Carlton Dry that launch with the campaign hashtag #HelloBeer. The ads, by Clemenger BBDO, focus on a group of male flatmates who get up to some hilariously quirky antics to amuse themselves (including eating hotdogs cooked in a dishwasher and working out to a women's exercise tape). The spots will be shown on TV ads and YouTube pre-roll, as well as in cinemas at screenings for the movie Anchorman 2.
