Former HP CEO Carly Fiorina today officially announced her bid to run for president as a Republican candidate, but it looks like she didn't get all her digital ducks in order before doing so. Ms. Fiorina forgot to register her own domain name at CarlyFiorina.org, so someone swept in and took advantage of the site to share some information about Ms. Fiorina's past deeds at HP. The site reads, "Carly Fiorina failed to register this domain. So I'm using it to tell you how many people she laid off at Hewlett-Packard," followed by what appears to be a gazillion smiley faces.
But actually, there are only 30,000 of them.
"That's 30,000 people she laid off," the site reads. "People with families. And what does she say she would have done differently?"
"'I would have done them all faster.'
