Cliff Freeman & Partners : Chat with Cliff

Cliff Freeman & Partners has unveiled its new agency website that essentially serves as an open-source chat platform. Here, visitors can type in inquiries about CF&P and get (only sporadically useful) automated responses from a chatbot all within a single box on the homepage.

A menu tab sits on top of the box and lets visitors access sections such as People. In this section, you can actually interact with various Cliff Freeman employees by clicking on a specific color-coded department such as account team or creative. Whichever department you choose, pictures of each staffer will pop up that include small AIM and email icons to contact the individual directly.

Within the Work section, you can check out historical reels and current projects for clients such as Quiznos, and drag specific spots into a playlist. After you build your playlist, you can create a custom URL for it and share it with friends.
