Digital marketing and CRM platform Constant Contact can help you find a home for rescue puppies—with a little help from AI. A canine rescue center and a fun-run organizer are the two small businesses featured in Constant Contact’s new TV campaign promoting the company’s latest AI offering—an AI content generator that helps small businesses automate the copywriting on emails, newsletters and marketing materials. The generator was developed using the company's proprietary data and AI algorithms, which recognize content that small-business customers are most likely to engage with. Then, ChatGPT technology from OpenAI is used to automatically draft copy that can be used across multiple marketing channels. Two 30-second spots show the tool in action through quick cuts of computer clicks and smartphone taps. "Our goal is to make world-class marketing technology accessible and helpful to small businesses and nonprofits, and our research shows that the majority of them need hours to create a marketing campaign," said Russ Morton, Constant Contact’s chief product officer. “Our new AI content generator makes it easy to get started on an email or text by blending cutting-edge AI with an intuitive interface that's designed for smaller businesses.” San Francisco-based production studio Revival Film helped create the spots. The campaign will run across linear TV, streaming and on YouTube.
