ID Mobile's new customer happiness officer will stop at nothing in his mission to keep subscribers feeling special -- even if it means interrupting them in the shower, eating their leftovers, or grabbing selfies with them on the beach.
A Secret Customer Happiness HQ is the launch pad for AllTogetherNow's new U.K. #WeGotThis campaign starring British actor Asim Chaudhry, who is well-known for his deadpan humor.
The introductory film signals Chaudhry's intention to achieve his goals "by any means necessary." He remains true to his word: the morning after a party he steps over sleeping revelers and loads his plate with pizza, prawn crackers, and thousand island dressing. As he tucks in to the unappetizing meal, he asks, "Just like this food, why would you waste your leftover data?"
In another film, Chaudhry acts as a selfie stick for a "bodalicious beach babe" to demonstrate data roaming, and in a fourth he interrupts a customer's shower to highlight bill capping control.
The ads, directed by Jon Riche through Hoots Entertainment, will run across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vevo and Snapchat.
