'Snatch' is an interactive experience launched by Heineken-owned tequila-infused beer brand Desperados in which users can create their own trailer for a cool short film. Users watch the film (shown here) on the brand's YouTube channel or Facebook page and can interact with it via their webcam and with their mouse. For example, they can attempt to capture a snake, look around a darkened room with only a lighter for illumination and complete a tattoo. If they choose to, they can make their own 'personalized trailer' for the film, and share it via social media.
The film was created by French ad agency Dufresne Corrigan Scarlett (DCS) and was shot by Floria Sigsimondi, who has directed music promos for the White
Stripes, David Bowie and Marylin Manson. The interactive element was created by B-Reel and QUAD, while the digital agency responsible was AnalogFolk.
