You can just feel it when you know you’re getting bad customer service. But somehow, you let it slide when it comes to your bank. It’s a pain to switch and really, you only need to talk to them 1 or 2 times a year so maybe it’s not so bad–NO. NO NO NO. THAT’S WRONG. Don’t think like that. You deserve better. You deserve respect. And at Santander Bank, respect adds up.
