Editor's Pick

Forbes Brazil is highlighting the gender pay gap in a print campaign that creates female counterparts to some of the world's best-known billionaires, showing how much less they would be worth if they had been born as a woman.

Agency Ogilvy Brazil created ads featuring "Marcia Zuckerberg" (Mark Zuckerberg), "Billie Gates," (Bill Gates) and "Carla Slim" (Carlos Slim). It's shown that the Zuckerberg and Gates counterparts would earn 21% less in the U.S. were they female, dropping down a significant number of places on the Forbes rich list, while Slim would earn 17% less in his native Mexico.
