Out of Minneapolis-based Persuasion Arts and Sciences comes this nifty little gag app that lets you set a fake time on your phone -- for when you're running late and need an excuse, or just want to skip out early on a summer Friday.
The app is part of client Best Buy's Happy 24 customer loyalty program. The perpetually tardy can download it on iTunes or Android.
