Espalhe Guerilla Marketing, the Brazilian shop known for its unique social media efforts for the likes of Halls and energy drink Guarana Antarctica, returns with another interesting play for the latter, this time with a football bent. The agency and brand tapped soccer coach Manu Menezes to help them assemble what they say is the first Facebook team of soccer stars. Athletes between the ages of 16 and 24 were asked to share video of their moves on the Guarana Antarctica Facebook page. Players came from all over--some unknown, some from important clubs.

Menezes and Guarana recruited a lineup of 12, who will compete against Costa Rica's sub-20 team today. Commentator of the game will be none other than soccer idol Ronaldo, who will also share stories of his early career at a press conference for the event.
