Like Penguins and Fleetwood Mac? Then You'll Love This Dubai Airports Spot

A South American Humboldt Takes a Trip to the Desert

Thanks to John Lewis's Monty, we know penguins are a real draw in ads at the moment.

In this spot for Dubai Airports, London agency Hometown takes a penguin somewhat incongruously to the Middle East. The cute penguin (note -- a South American Humboldt called Pedro, not an Adelie like Monty) takes a walk around the airport, sampling everything from shopping to saunas and sushi, all to the strains of Fleetwood Mac's "Go Your Own Way." It shouldn't work, but it does, and if you like both penguins and Fleetwood Mac, you'll probably love it.

The campaign will run across YouTube and Facebook and on the airport's digital screens, while Pedro inevitably also gets his own Twitter account.
