From Finland comes a haunting spot for non-profit Fragile Childhood that highlights the problem of parental alcohol abuse and the effect it can have on kids. The spot, filmed with a beautifully stylized cinematic feel by Mikko Lehtinen for Havas Worldwide Helsinki, tells the story of two children who approach a strange classical-looking building. Once inside -- it has a forbidding, futuristic interior -- an unsmiling woman shows them around a series of glass cases containing picture-perfect moms and dads, before coming to one that shows a couple drinking and fighting. As we see them leave the orphanage with this dreadful pair, the words "Children can't choose their parents" appear on the screen, followed by "What if they could?'"
The campaign asks people to share their thoughts on the topic of parental alcohol abuse at the Fragile Childhood Facebook page.
