Cingular's youth market-targeted MEdia packages, in which the company is partnered with AOL and various music labels, get a print boost from BBDO/Atlanta in a collaboration with New York design firm Freestyle Collective. "We wanted to create a look that could constantly evolve, so its message would always be fresh and engaging," explains BBDO's Chris Buda. "This is the very first ad for Cingular MEdia, so we included all the products they offer. Freestyle Collective created original artwork and design elements to show how kids use and interact with instant messaging, music tones, videogames and picturephone technology. Moving forward, the goal is to continue to work with young artists and musicians so our messages change with the culture."
