New NFL spots from Goodby Silverstein & Partners promote games, shows and fantasy draft

Football is as popular a TV staple as ever, but the NFL fields so many shows that each needs some differentiation, and a reminder of when to actually tune in. New spots for three NFL properties do just that. All are from Goodby Silverstein & Partners and began running early this month.

A bit of earnest, quality time between a dad and son is revealed as an opportunity to catch "NFL GameDay Morning" early on Sunday. "Thursday Night Football" is also a draw, except for a bird lover overly devoted to a silly species that's somehow managed to outsmart Darwin.

Two spots send viewers to the league's fantasy football portal, after highlighting the difficulties of actual football. In "White Board," game strategy without a little assistance from Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is overwhelming for the average fan. And "Tackle" puts Rams running back Todd Gurley in the right position to advise a fan who's out of his element on the field.
