Making music out of car noises is all the rage. In the last month, we've seen Happy Birthday played on a Porsche engine, Mercedes making mash-ups out of its revs -- and now, here's a music video featuring different sounds made on a VW Beetle. Canadian band Walk Off The Earth approached VW Canada and its agency Red Urban about a partnership, and the result is an interactive video for their track "Gang of Rhythm." Using YouTube Annotation buttons, viewers can switch between three different versions featuring different Beetle models (the Convertible, GSR and Super Beetle) and musical styles (soulful, playful and powerful). The band (who previously garnered 150 million on YouTube for their "5 Peeps 1 Guitar" cover of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know," in which they all play a single guitar) play various parts of the Beetle like musical instruments.
