These Cute Children's Hospital Ads Let the Patients Do the Talking
Unscripted Campaign Features Real Pediatric Patients

These ads from Ohio's Akron Children's Hospital let the patients do the talking. In the campaign, by agency Marcus Thomas, Cleveland, four to six year old kids, by themselves, are allowed to talk, unscripted, on subjects such as germs, stethoscopes and doctor's tools. All the kids filmed are real patients in real Akron Children's doctors' offices. It's a cute approach that's different for the sector; we're used to seeing sick kids tugging at our heartstrings in ads for children's hopsitals, but these kids are more likely to make us laugh.
