Getty Images Brazil has created a web series about a man in a coma, consisting entirely of stock footage and images from its image bank.
"Coma," which was developed by agency Almap BBDO, follows the life of David, a patient in a coma who doesn’t know who he is or what he did to get there. The three-episode story is a blend of reality and David’s imagination.
As well as the digital films, produced by Stink films and directed by Squarehead and Cassiano Prado, the project includes a website that provides users with an immersive experience of comatose consciousness and additional information. Viewers can use the site to purchase any content used in the making of the show.
