When the film "Gravity" came out in 2014, there was a rush by advertisers to capitalize on space fever, with brands filming ads in zero gravity and featuring astronauts in spots.
Two years on and the movie has now inspired a funny commercial from McDonald's in France, which uses the lure of its Triple Cheeseburger to persuade an astronaut, stranded George Clooney-style outside his craft, to make a heroic effort to get back to Earth. The ad, by TBWA/Paris, was directed by Ben Gregor of (appropriately) Moonwalk Fillms.
