After the weirdness that was 2017, how will 2018 pan out? Netflix's "Black Mirror," a show that taps into our paranoia about technology and the state of the world in a superbly creepy way, gives us its take on the matter in a trailer for its fourth series that might not make you feel too optimistic.

The 90-second film, by B-Reel, packs a lot into its welcome to the New Year, mashing up tech stories with clips about Trump, Putin, Mark Zuckerbeg, Steve Bannon, robots, the dating app "Hater," riots and more. It's all set to Abba's "Happy New Year" which seems incongruously innocent compared to the subject matter.
