358 Helsinki created a traveling "diner" which served up Heineken with designer duds to promote the beer among the hipster crowd. The canteen toured five cities for 10 days at a time. Each time, you could order a Heineken "combo" that included the brew and shoes or a shirt or maybe even a wallet.
