The latest global spot from Publicis Italy takes a light-hearted look at people getting their beer bottles mixed up with each other at a house party. The spot depicts the confusion that arises since everyone's drinking identical green bottles of Heineken's brew. It then goes to to show what people will do to ensure they keep track of their own, such as labeling it, or using their scrunchie to customize.The fun ad, directed by MJZ's Tom Kuntz, has a serious point; "if you have drinks together, keep them apart."
In other words, we still need to "socialize responsibly," and be vigilant about hygiene as we come out of the pandemic. (It's a different approach to the one taken by Pepsi in its post-pandemic ad from VaynerMedia recently; where we saw several examples of people sharing drinks, heralding the world returning to normalcy.)
