At the start of this video released by Hillary Clinton's campaign via @HillaryClinton on Twitter, Donald Trump stands at a podium and says "I am aunifier. ... We're gonna be a unified party." Cue a barrage of soundbites from Trump-bashing Republicans interspersed with brief clips of Trump behaving badly.
"The most vulgar person ever to aspire to the presidency," says Marco Rubio. "The man who seems to only feel big when he's trying to make other people look small," says Carly Fiorina. "He's a race-baiting, xenophobic, religious bigot," says Lindsey Graham. "A narcissist at a level I don't think this country's ever seen," says Ted Cruz. "His domestic policies would lead to recession," says Mitt Romney. "He needs -- he needs therapy," says an exasperated Jeb Bush. And so on.
A mischievously peppy soundtrack ties the whole thing together, underscoring the farcical subtext of the Republican party's Trump Problem.
