Turning fictional homes into real estate listings is a popular meme -- some of the best campaigns have included Century 21 list Walter White's home from Breaking Bad, and the house from "Poltergeist" getting a listing from Trulia. The latest comes from Coldwell Banker, which has teamed with 20th Century Fox to create a fictional listing for the X-Mansion from X-Men. Promoting next month's release of "X-Men: Apocalypse," the listing includes full property info such as its private jet hangar, world-class medical bay and fully retractable basketball court.
Potential buyers will be reassured to know that it's "built to survive even the most catastrophic apocalypse." And of course there's a helpful seller's quote from one Hank McCoy (who, in superhero form is better known as Beast): "Home is where the heart is, and my heart finds the mansion's tranquil settings and decor very calming for my inner beast. Plus, you can hide a supersonic jet under the basketball court." Check out the video here for more glimpses inside.
The co-promotion also includes a more awkward idea, in which the X-Men stand side by side with Coldwell Banker agents.
