A techie dog, Hotspot, and his technically-challenged owner are the stars of this animated campaign by Brooklyn Brothers for Optimum, promoting the cable provider's Wi-Fi Hot Spots in the Tri-State area. The cute animation was by Blacklist's WIZZ, which photographed real-life locations in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and spray-mounted the images onto cardboard miniatures to create a set, before combined it with stop-motion style and the animated 3D characters to create the final look.
