Andes Beer is a fratty, guy's guy type of beer. We already knew that, considering their history of marketing, from "Friend Recovery," which let your buddy virtually hang out with you when he was also chilling with his girlfriend at home, to the Teletransporter, which gave you a quiet place to call your girl when you were actually in a strip club or bars.
But its newest spots, created out of Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, are sure to cause even more ire. "Hurricane" is a set of two spots that answer the question of why the most devastating tragedies are always named after women. Turns out, it's because the effects of breaking up with a woman are as terrible as going through that type of calamity. We're not sure we agree, but maybe the men who drink the beer do.
