Cosette Vancouver makes the experience of "connecting" with past alumni a real-life treat in this smart installation for Royal Roads University. The college wanted to redefine the concept of alumni endorsement by taking it beyond a quote or a canned video -- so a stunt at a Vancouver mall invited people to "connect" with alumni through a LinkedIn-style interface. But when they pressed the button, a surprise appeared.
