To celebrate the reopening of the Soho Chanel store, design agency Apologue wrapped the store in a "gate of light."
The three-day installation consists of a 10 foot x 150 feet LED canvas featuring Karl Lagerfeld’s urban photography in a generative performance, choreographed by United Visual Artists and two 23-foot digital graffiti walls built by Tangible Interaction. Visitors to the store could draw their own graffiti with modified Chanel paint cans, with contributions captured in a digital archive.
