What is it about guys and confidence this week? First of all, Dockers' new global campaign told men how to get a raise at work -- by wearing flexible khakis that give you confidence. Then VW showed us how getting behind the wheel of an SUV could cure a best man's nerves. Now Sony PlayStation is claiming that all those skills you developed when you sit around gaming at home in your pajamas can actually help you land you the job you want (or the girl.)

A new campaign by BBH New York centers on a 20 something guy who has to deal with situations including a job interview and, in an upcoming spot launching in October, a meeting with his girlfriend's father.

Every question -- such as, "So, Gary. We're looking for someone who's a real team player," and "So, Gary. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment" -- triggers his gameplay memories and achievements in games like Star Wars Battlefront II, God of War and NBA2K 18, among many other soon-to-be launched titles.

Matthew Swanson at Epoch is the director of the campaign, which is designed to highlight reasons for gamers to upgrade to the PS4 console.
