A humorous new campaign for Timberland Pro workwear is based around the idea that work can be "uncomfortable," so you might as well wear comfortable gear.
The two situations in the spots aren't so much about work being physically uncomfortable, but about awkward moments. In one, seen here, a contractor guiltily covers up his tattoo as his client argues with their teenage daughter about whether she's allowed to get one. Another spot sees a warehouse worker wincing as his colleague makes weird grunting noises while lifting boxes that are clearly far too heavy.
The campaign is by The Martin Agency and the spots were directed by Michael Downing at Biscuit.
