A video that dramatizes the plight of sexual assualt victims by placing staged scenes on Chicago streets launches KnowNo, a campaign to draw attention to issues of consent.

The campaign has been launched by several creative directors at Chicago agency Marc USA, to spark a conversation around sexual assaults on campus, particularly in light of the release of Brock Turner just as colleges start a new semester.

The video was filmed in Chicago and features women playing the part of unconscious victims of sexual assault, waking up and realizing what's happened. It's set to the track of "Till It Happens to You" by Lady Gaga and Diane Warren, who donated the use of the music.

The website KnowNo.us includes a quick quiz where visitors can test their knowledge of consent, links to consent definitions by state and resources for victims of sexual assault. There's also a call to action to take the quiz and post selfies with the hashtag #IKnowNo across social media channels. The initiative can be followed at @KnowNoProject on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
