Land Rover profiles a remote Himalayan community that has a deep connection to its cars in a film created for its 70th anniversary.

The film by Spark 44 highlights the 31km journey made often by residents of Maneybhanjang in West Bengal, India to Sandakphu for their means of living. The community known as the "Land of Land Rovers" has over 40 classic Series Land Rovers, which negotiate steep roads, rocky pony tracks and treacherous weather on the journey to the hilltop village, which sits at an altitude of 3,636m.

Gorgeously filmed by director Matt Hopkins via The Progress Film Company, the documentary-style spot depicts how the community has an almost spiritual connection to the brand, and even if you're someone only using a Land Rover to do the school run, it might make you feel like a pioneer.
