Those of you who are sleep-deprived may grit your teeth watching the ridiculously super-charged individuals in the funny "Look Out World" campaign for Simmons, created out of KBS+ and directed by Hungry Man's Hank Perlman. A series of ads reveal the world of possibilities afforded by a night's sleep on a mattress from the brand's Beautyrest Recharge line.
In the anthem online film and one of the ads, an abundantly perky man in his bathrobe awakens his neighbors -- and even a little bird perched on a tree branch -- with a bullhorn, warning them to "Look out!" Anyone who decides to cross his path better watch out for the next 24 hours, because he slept like a log and there will be infinite opportunities for him to irritate them with his take-charge attitude.
Another ad features a woman spraying an uncorked champagne bottle wherever she goes like an endless money shot because every minute of her day is cause for celebration, thanks to her good night's sleep. In a third, perhaps the funniest ad of the bunch, one well-rested man tries to pass himself off as the super hero known as "Alert Man," given the powers afforded to him by his full night of Z's. Unforunately, the boss he's interviewing with, Seagull Man, isn't buying it.
