This project gives Argentineans with Down Syndrome a profile on LinkedIn
Campaign by Hoy highlights more inclusive job opportunities

LinkedIn has been giving people with Down Syndrome their own profiles on the platform for the first time in Argentina in a new campaign highlighting inclusivity.
The campaign, by Havas agency Hoy, started from the insight that out of the more than six million active users on LinkedIn in Argentina, none had Down Syndrome. LinkedIn, Hoy and production company Mama Hungara worked with the Down Syndrome Association of the Argentine Republic (ASDRA) to create profiles for 11 people, promoting them through a series of testimonial videos through the platform in Argentina.
In addition to the videos, the adults received training from LinkedIn that will allow them to manage the tools of the platform with the aim of enhancing their profiles.
"This campaign is a way to make visible in a very concrete way the work we do every day so that we all have opportunities and we hope that more candidates with Down syndrome will continue to be added," said Marcelo Varela, president of ASDRA in a statement.
