Truck Versus Little Girl: What Is Volvo's Next Live Test All About?
Teaser Suggests Kiddie Chaos
Editor's Pick
It's been two years since Volvo Trucks' Epic Split took the advertising world by storm, and the brand, while still producing some fun viral stunts like Casino, has not yet followed up with another of its "live tests." Well, the wait is over, and Volvo has released this teaser for the next one (it will reveal all later this week on Thursday Dec. 3). Frustratingly it doesn't reveal much -- just a huge Volvo FMX construction truck and a little girl, who's being flagged as "its hardest challenge ever."
The company statement from Ingela Nordenhav, global marketing and communication director for Volvo Trucks, doesn't give much away either. "We have launched a number of new functions for the Volvo FMX during the last year that help make the truck unbeatable with regard to strength and traction. To open people's eyes as to how much the truck can actually take, we've exposed it to the toughest test we could think of," said Nordenhav.
We'll just have to watch this space.
