If you haven't already noticed, advertisers from categories ranging from maxi-pads to pens to air freshener have been flooding our screens with emotional messages encouraging us to be better human beings or reach out to our loved ones. But sometimes, we just want to eat a really good fatty hamburger.

That's the point of this hilarious parody ad from local New Jersey burger pureveyor Schweid & Sons out of Night Agency. The ad riffs off Always' "Unstoppable," the brand's follow-up to "Like a Girl," and asks various folks (not just girls) about the pressures society is inflicting upon them.

But then things take an absurd turn when the interview injects meat into the mix, and the subjects start to reflect on how they've been treated when they decide to put mayo or hot dogs on their burgers. Things get even more silly when the interviewees, just as in "Unstoppable," are asked to write their beefs about beef onto boxes and then obliterate them.

The effort is part of the food company's #MakeBurgersGreatAgain campaign. According to the Night Agency, the idea showcases "the absurdity of over-promise and over-emoting" in an effort to deliver an honest message about "good old-fashioned cholesterol-rific" burgers. "At the end of the day, our message is simple: don't get caught up in the propaganda crossfire, have a burger."

And of what Always might think of the parody? "We hope they like it," said ECD Evan Slater.
